Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping anywhere in South Africa—from the big cities to the back nine. No matter where you are locally, shipping is included in the price.
Please Note:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We're proudly keeping it local.
Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your WALL CADDY. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return it within 14-days of delivery for a refund.
Return Conditions:
- Item/s must be unused, in original condition and packaging
- Return shipping is at your expense unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival
- Refunds may be reduced if items are damaged during return due to poor packaging
Not Eligible for Return:
- Used, damaged, or modified products
- Returns requested after 14 days
- International orders (we don’t offer them anyway)

If onsite installation is arranged or offered, please note that while we’ll handle things with care, we can’t take responsibility for any damage to walls, floors, or finishes during or after installation. Think of it like a golf swing—aimed with precision, but occasionally a little unpredictable.
