We built Wall Caddy to be as reliable as your favourite 7-iron. That’s why we offer a 12 month limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials or craftsmanship.

 

What’s Covered:

• Defects in materials.
• Issues with workmanship.
• Anything that’s our fault, not yours.

 

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear (like scuffs from daily use).
• Damage from mishits - like improper installation, overloading, or using it as a pull-up bar.
• Cosmetic blemishes that don’t affect performance.

If something’s not right and it’s within the warranty period, just tee us up with your proof of purchase and a quick description of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right—whether that’s a repair, replacement, or refund.
